Pokemon Storage Strategy
My Pokemon storage is maxed at 1000, but I find myself constantly struggling to free up space. Here is how I've strategized my holding.
All Pokemon that are IV >82 (for rares) or IV >90 (for commons)Exceptions:
a) KEEP the highest CP of each mon that can be evolved, regardless of IV (so I can evolve those to decent CP without power ups, if needed).
b) If there are duplicate final stage evolutions with junk movesets, KEEP only the highest IV amongst them.
c) At least 3 of ultra-rares, regardless of IV/CP.
*Note: Ultra-rare, Rare, Common (in my biome, in my playing experience) Dragonite and Snorlax of different movesets, CP and IV - only transfer the low IV+low CP+bad moveset ones, but keep ALL of the good attacking ones At least 2 each of each Pikachu and Raichu variant, with at least one of each gender Final-stage evolutions with junk movesets but either high CP or IV (in case movesets can be changed someday or the effectiveness of current movesets is altered) Eevee army (IV >80 or CP >650) to allow for RNG upsets as more eeveelutions come in At least two high CP Kangaskhan per regional - so I can trade for one of each regional, and still have some for myself
Looking forward to your views/suggestions. Anything I missed considering or am overconsidering?

Same. I too have multiple of my regional for incase trading, I also keep the higher iv one with a shit moveset even if the cp is low, I also have the pikachu with hats. Though for common stuff I keep anything 86% iv and up unless a rare pokemon is 82 then I keep it. As for eevees if their not 86% and up they get transferred.
xvinkox, for your first rule, I would suggest that you don't only look at IV total % but also the IV breakdown. I have the same issue as you, too many that I want to keep.
For example, if I have 2 Chanseys both at IV 91% but with different breakdown (atk/def/stm) 15/15/11 and 11/15/15 and one has to go, I would keep 15/15/11 instead of 11/15/15 even though they have the same 91%. Need to consider breakdown to further reduce.
