Pokémon returned from gym?

Just checked. One of mine is back too, not the strongest though.

Mine are still assigned despite the gyms being closed.

I have two of the three Pokemon back. In CP order, I have my highest and lowest of the three back, while the middle one is still there.

My guess is they're just going in order of some sort of Gym ID value they have on the backend.

Just checked and my red gyarados has been returned. Not my strongest or highest iv though

3 of 17 returned. It was 17 when I cashed 1 1/2 h ago, now only 14 are marked as sitting in a gym

[Edit] Two of the rather high CP ones and one of the rather low CP ones, but not the highest or the lowest. Seems random.

Maybe the returned ones, those gyms reopened? Anybody checking that?

Some of them are coming back.

4 of my 30 have returned so far. and I knw exactly which gyms they came from. Gyms they were returned from were checked. They are not open.

I can Confirm this as well , only one of four is back and he is fully healed , the good thing I collected today's coins minutes earlier

None of my 3 are back with me. I was looking forward to powering up that Snorlax :-(

The top two CP of my 8 have returned.... and I was just able to collect my coins and dust for the other ones, although the gyms are definitely closed.

So check if it's time to collect!

I got back four out of twelve, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to which ones, although three of them were among my four longest-held spots, ranging from 2.5 months to about one month (I keep track of that stuff). Another one that I've held for 2.5 months is still there.

edit: now three more are back, leaving me with just five left of my original twelve. :(

Recently added duplicate mons are being returned to their trainers.

As niantic updates each gym the mons are returned.

All mine were still in fit several hours, then three were returned. An hour later one more just returned. I can't see the gyms they were in (traveling outside my home area) but I'm wondering if those gyms still exist or if they're being rearranged.

then I thought maybe the 6 most senior mons were staying in and the 4 newest being returned. But one of my returned ones was first in, so that kills that theory...

When I could still login, I saw a local gym go to unowned state, but my mon are in nearby gyms were still not returned.

My guess is maybe they're emptying out the newest gyms first, because the first one I got back was from the gym that's only a month old. Or maybe it's just random.
