Pokemon to Power-up

So, this is my attack team of pokemons ( thanks to TM, and Anniversary event there were some new ones):

Actually i thinking about get 75000 stardust and power up one of those pokemons to lvl 30:
Moltres FS, O- i have 12 candy, need 54 more,
Espeon C, FS- i have 937 candy,
Golem RT, ST- i have 34 candy, need 32 more,
Alakazam PC, FS- i have 88 candy,
Machamp C, DP- i have 147 candy,
Typhlosion E, O- i have 7 candy, need 59 more,
Gengar H, SB- i have 275 candy,
Which one will be the best choice to spend stardust?

In my opinion you can power up either machamp or golem.

Really depends on what you need and how you play the game. If interested in legendary raids, power up golem. If interested in ttar raid, power up machamp. If interested in soloing machamp, power up espeon/alakazam. Only you know the answer.

Legendary- Have Articuno, Lugia and Moltres with good IV, but Golem will be good to Zapdos so OK,
Raids- From raids i now need only... Croconaw for candy to Feraligatr, so NO,
Soloing Machamp- I have one good machamp and no need more, so NO.
Okey, thanks. For now i probably get a Golem to buddy, but first need to walk 1,7 km to last candy for evolve chansey.

It really depends on what you're looking for.

What are the iv value?
I suggest min power up iv is 89%

*edit: saw your mon, golem definitely is one of them

FYI, don't think your moltres IVs are right. One is 9 which is impossible. You already have a solid flareon so no huge need for moltres at the moment - Maybe later.

I'd go w machamp, golem, then Alakazam.
