Pokémon max being 1.5 levels above Trainer Level INCREASED ???

It's been like that since the last update. Been quite a while. Keeps getting reported as if it's new.

Fixed at the same time when they finally fixed the cap at level 39 to let us power to level 40. Gamepress needs to write a brief announcement on it and let it be stickied at the top of the page for a while because this surprised topic keeps coming up every few days.
