Pokemon looks different after recent update

It looks like there's a skin of paint on the mons that they look some kind of different. Blissey and chansey are more pink. Not sure what happened.

It happened a few days back (for android users). Proably updated the graphics, I also noticed it too.

They changed some visual assets in the newest update. Might have something to do with releasing more shinies but probably not.
