Pokemon encounters from tasks

Already know about moltres from research breakthrough but just to be sure is every single encounter generated from tasks guaranteed that the pokemon wont ever flee?

Should you pinap them then? Can you?

I pinap'd mine and caught it on first throw.

In my pokemon group some one said that they have a chance of running away but its like 2% or less. The only one confirmed to not be able to flee is mew atm. Ill be testing this with ekans or duduos from the tasks with the worst possible throws

Encountered a Pinsir, i didnt care about the IVs so I tested this out. Threw 21 normal pokeballs on him without a bonus (all pinap throws) and still caught him. Could be RNG ofcourse but I think it has a 0% flee rate. Which is a bit different from a 100% catch rate.

Y im only talking about flee rate. gonna try with onix. Hes catch rate is relatively low in comparison to other basic mons and hes flee rate is 9% which is kinda high. An abra would be the perfect subject but niantic would probably simulate the famous teleport trademark
