pokebox issues

Hey -- wondering why gobattlesim only finds some of the pkmn I added to my pokebox. Currently finds 5/9 and I'd like to use this very convenient feature, but don't want to keep adding to the box if it won't update in gobattle sim. Thanks for the help!
