Please rate the dust worthiness of these mons

I have been saving stardust the whole way and after my last couple of spam evolutions I might finally have some mons worth powering up. What do you think?

Lapras (Frostbreath/Blizzard), CP 1673, lvl20, IV 84-91%

Vaporeon (Water Gun/Hydro Pump) CP 1275, lvl20, IV91%

Arcanine (Fire Fang/Fire Blast), CP 1346, lvl 16, IV89-91%

Nidoking (Poison Jab/Sludge Wave), CP 1397, lvl20, IV93%

How many of these if any would you spend dust on to power up?

If you can farm 20k-30k stardust a day. You better power up all of them only if you have excessive candy but I don't recommend Nidoking.

Yes the 3 first ones.
Nidoking is probably most useless, Lapras, Vaporeon and Arcanine will be really good attackers though.
If you have been saving dust from the beginning you should be able to bring them all up I guess.

If you can find the candy (or walk it off) you will never regret powering up that Lapras. Even if you get a better one later, that is an awesome move set for attaking dragonites, and these days every level 10 gym seems to have 2 or 3 of those sitting at the top. The arcanine has great moves and IVs, but thats another long term prospect: Depends how easily you din growlithe candy I guess (got very rare recently near me). If your player level is already >25 don't bother powering up any Vaporeon thats only level 20 - its so easy to evolve more from wild caught mons that are already powered up.
