Is Pinsir useful for anything?

I caught a L10 98% IV Pinsir with BB/XS. Is it useful for anything? Should I power it up?

Yup. Very useful against Eggy and Alakazam. Level 10 though? Ugh...stardust is hard to come by nowadays....

Completely agree have one very similar but stardust is everything right now and would rather spend on things that immediately make it easier to solo level 3 raids....machamp, espeon, alakazaam, golem, etc...still can't do alakazzam or flareon so if anyone has suggestions let me know. Have not tried jolteon but not a real priority have plenty of good ones already

I have a perfect one, nice to have, but you're better off saving your dust for the legendaries coming up.

Theoretically useful if it were at the right level. At level 10 you are better off spending your stardust elsewhere.

Better to catch and use a higher level one, even with cruddy IV's. The difference in total Attack between a 15 iv and a 0 iv pinsir is only 6%. Save dust for better returns on investment.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I have >1,000 Pinsir candies and 4.5M stardust so neither is really an issue. Was just curious to know what use it would have.
