Pinsir Solo

Finally found a Pinsir raid. He had Rock Smash and Vice Grip and he was more of a pushover than I thought (in Sunny weather)
I feel confident this same team can take him without the boost, except for maybe a boosted X-scissor Pinsir. Clear time in the comments
