Pinsir

Pinsir is such a fantastic mon to have! Or so we think.
He deserves more love.

You have the strongest bug pokemon with 2 fighting moves instead of 2 bug moves.

Do you think its logical to power it up?

If u don't have a good fighting type mon yet to counter blissey, snorlax etc then power this bad boy up :)

I just caught a cool one today. 1HP/15A/14D. 2176CP with BB/X I don't dust her however I'm loving her otherwise.

It somewhat has a niche attacking into Snorlax/Blissey with ZH, because you get super effective fighting moves without being weak to psychic. But Ursaring fits that specific niche a little bit better, since Counter is a better fighting move. Also, lacking STAB on fighting moves means your super effective moves get the same bonus anything else with STAB moves would get. So probably not worth powering up, but might be worth saving in case they change gym play so type advantages are weighted higher than STAB.

Got one too. He's just chilling in my box like a good bug should, lol. Plenty of fighters so I forget about him.

I definitely think Pinsir is underrated as an attacker. I have a couple of Pinsir with close combat and they are great for cleaning up the job that my Machamp and/or Alakazam have started. With that being said, I don't know if I would waste dust on leveling him up. I didn't level up mine.
