I am struggling to choose between ice shard or powder snow for great league. It will be paired with bulldoze. Which is better?
Ice Shard will provide better damage output, while Powder Snow will gain energy faster and allow you to use Bulldoze faster.
If your goal with your Piloswine is to get to your charge attacks as quickly as possible, then go for Powder Snow. If Piloswine is also your go-to choice as an ice-type, then you may consider Ice Shard, as it hits harder. Or, you might want to look at unlocking Avalanche as ground and ice moves are a powerful combo in PvP.
Give both quick moves a go and see which one you like better. Also, if you're noticing that you're going up against things like Flygon and Altaria more often than not, ice shard will serve you well. However, if you're finding that you need the ground coverage more, then try out powder snow to be able to hit bulldoze more frequently.
