Phantom defending gym?

I noticed I have 2 new gold gyms, so I assume they must be the gyms I played quite often recently! Then a close look revealed that one of them is a a familiar gym, I use gymhuntr to check, and it showed My Blissey is still there (i checked many times, it showed scanned secs ago now) which is not showing in gyms!
That gym badge showed 21d defending, which cannot be any truth about it!
Seen anything like this?
