Shadow Ball Mewtwo is still Mewtwo’s best form. And he is not glassy like Gengar. Why wouldn’t you spend CTMs on Mewtwo before? What else would you use your CTMs for at that time?

I did use all my CTm's on mewtwo before, i only had 3 EX raid mewtwo, all but one of which already had shadow ball already on them, there werent any EX gyms near me so i only got three and missed the 30 minute bug durring the start of giratina being out

That was why i said "this month" all mewtwo aside from shadow ball and to a lesser extent, psychic, are kinda obsolete.
