A perfect Vulpix, is there a point?

I caught my 4th perfect mon this week, 100% vulpix. I keep all perfects just in case. My question is should I evolve this Vulpix into a ninetales or just keep it as is for now. I caught it after gen 2 so from my understanding the best Nineties moves are now legacy. Not that it was a high tier fire type to start with. I'm thinking maybe I should keep it as is for now just in case better moves come in the future.

NInetales's best move set is fire spin+overheat. It is not legacy...

It would actually probably be a good attacker if it gets that move set, but I'd recommend using it just as a really good prestiger

The current best Ninetales moveset is NOT a Legacy moveset. It's Fire Spin/Overheat which came with the Gen 2 release. It's definitely worth getting and is much better than Ember/Fire Blast (the previously best moveset, which now is a Legacy one).

Evolve it! Ninetales has better moves now than before...
Best for pristiging...

Save it for trading. Some Vulpix lovers may give you an attractive offer, such as an 80iv+ Dratini.

Fire prestiger - it's handy to have onesince from time to time you run into Exeggutors or Venusaurs. Most likely only need one though.

Evolve that Vixen for sure, great for a fire prestiger, and speaking from a red-headed woman's perspective, Ninetails has always been my favorite mon. After all she's literally a sexy FOX, and you can make her do this:
