Perfect Umbreon

Walked with my 100% Eevee and evolved it into an Umbreon. It's really low in level though (12) and it got the moveset FA/DP. Should I power it up? I was hoping for S/FP as I already have a level 29 Umbreon with those moves but worse IV's which I really like to battle with for its versatility and bulkiness. What should I do with it?

I wouldn't power it up, as u have already an level 29 with the same moveset.
Just wait for the gym rework, maybe the def stat has heavier weight in the calculation

I see now that I was a bit unclear. My previous Umbreon has S/FP and my perfect one got FA/DP.

FA/FP is better for dodging.

I use double-dark Murkrows for prestiging; those with DP I transfer away after battle, it's just too slow - Foul Play is much quicker and allows dodging, maybe not as crucial with your bulky Umbreon.
Why'd you choose Umbreon for your perfect Eevee? I'd either force Espeon or roll the dice for a Vape (better on attack AND defense)
