A perfect Growlithe?

I just caught this Growlithe and ran it's IVs and according to the IV calculator it's 45/45 (100%), i'm concerned the IV calculator is messed up so I don't want to get over excited about a first perfect mon (that just got nerfed anyway). It got the top appraisal comments.

If your team leader mentioned all 3 of its stats and gave the top appraisal comment, then your Growlithe is definitely 100%. Congratulations! That's a great catch!

As long as the in-game appraisal says all his 3 stats are perfect then its a perfect growlithe. As far as what level it is, you will have to wait for cp calculators to be fixed to determine its level.

Regardless, its going to be a perfect Arcanine and yes Arcanine did get a nerf but its not that huge. He can still own grass types like eggecutor which will still be prevalent to deal with Vaeporeons.

100% is the one IV value you can guarantee just with the in game appraisal system.

If your luck is as good as mine was with my 100% Growlithe, you will get Bite+Bulldoze. ;-)

Thanks guys! I knew about the "wonder" and "exceeds" reviews for team mystic but I missed the meaning for the HP is the best stat followed by equally matched by attack and defense. So cool to finally have one. I batch all of my evolves for when I use an egg so I hope it gets a good move set.
