Origin Pulse and Precipice Blades?

Well, I just read the "History of Dragon types" page. I already knew most of the things I read but I was totally shocked to see the moves Origin Pulse and Precipice Blades! Where did they come from? And man, How CRAZY stats they have!! As far as I know, Kyogre and Groudon can't learn those moves at the moment.

They are in the Game Master now, so those numbers aren't made up. It's just that no Pokemon currently learns any of them.

But in the main series games, Kyogre and Groudon are respectively the only Pokémon to learn those moves. And if they don't learn them, who will? And if no Pokémon can learn them in Pokémon GO, why are they in the game master?

Indeed. Those are all great questions. Especially that last one. Why do they waste time and space putting in stuff that isn't going to ever be used?

Sure the space for one unused move is negligible, but there is a lot of stuff that we know of like this that serves no purpose. It is indicative of a greater mindset. How much more bloated is this app than it actually needs to be with stuff that isn't being used?

Maybe Niantic will somewhen throw out the Primals as seperate Pokemon and let them learn their respective signature move?

Psystrike (Mewtwo's signature) has also been in the game master for ages. For some reason Niantic just isn't letting the legendaries learn their signature moves, they might be saving them for some purpose later.

Based on the numbers that are currently programmed in:

Psycho Cut/Psystrike would be better than Psycho Cut/Psychic, but Confusion/Psystrike would be tied with Confusion/Psychic. Shadow Ball with the same fast move is still better than both.

Just give us fun moves, FFS. Niantic cannot continue to Earthquake, Blizzard, Dragon Tail, and Hydro Pump us to death and expect to have their game continue.
