Ongoing Unable to Authenticate account issue

Hi!

Incredibly frustrating that after downloading the update on June 21, I am blocked from my PTC account. I am an honest player too. Does anyone else have this issues? So frustrating not being able to play and watching everyone else that can. I have an iphone 6s and was level 33 with 100%IV Eggeman. So disappointed. :(
