One mon species per gym?

I wouldnt really have a problem with that.. Even just as a event type thing.. What do you think?

I've always been in favour of that idea - it makes some of the good but lower cp defenders relevant and makes battles more interesting.

Yes, I think that would make the game really interesting :D. But let place mons without the exacting same type, for example, if there is a Vaporeon (Water) let us still put Slowbro (Water+Psychic) or Poliwrath (Water+Fight), or if there is a Grass/Psychic like Exeggutor, let put Venusaur. This way we have more options than removing all the mons with 2 types.

I'm down for that! Maybe one of each species rather than typing - think that's probably what you meant? Would certainly make things a bit more interesting. Around here every gym is stacked with Gyarados. Easy, but not fun.

Thats the best idea Ive heard to be honest, it will make it much more competitive, but then.. are we all gonna use just Normal, Ice and Dragon pokemon? :D
Nevermind, each gym will be assigned a type and these could change with migration

That would make the game so much more fun. Every gym has multiple gyarados and vaporeons in them. I would love to fight a variaty of pokemon.

Thats a great idea. In addition LIFO order. Last in First out. Will make people set best defenders in gyms rather than higest CP.

Yuck. Horrible absolutely dreadful idea.

Think about it:
So the guy who maybe took a level 1 Gym, and was the first in, is last out. The person walking buy with 2 initial openings is next to last.

Meanwhile the people who spent the 10-20 minutes of effort and potions to prestige up the gyms 10k levels are the first ones out?

Yuck.

I'd hate that idea, imagine leveling up a gym from 9 to 10 and you get to choose between fairy, bug and fight.

I wouldn't prestige that high for last place.

I'll pass. There's a reason why players power up their Snorlax and Dragonites. So basically we wasted stardust and candies becuase we cannot use our beloved Pokémons? I would love the idea of variety but this isn't really a fix. Yeah. 8 Snorlaxes in a gym is a bummer. But players worked hard to catch them and took time ans effort to power them up.

yes i'm in.

Copy/paste - But let place mons without the exacting same type
- no LIFO imaging there will be a lot level 10 gyms with a poliwag at 25 CP that goes out last.

10 levels in a Gym with all different species great!
