Omastar legacy Rock Slide

I just realized I have a Omastar 98% IVs mud shot/rock slide and i was wondering if I change the fast move to water gun would worth power up? If i had the rock throw I would be so happy :c

Water Gun is better than Mud Shot but I'd hold off until you have an excess of TMs as it's still no Rock Throw...
