Can you store more than one of each? I got a quick and a charged on my first 2 of 3 raids. Since then 7 raids and none

They definitely are stackable. You can even earn multiples of the same one from the same raid.

I just got 2 charge TMs from a level 4 raid. Hadn't gotten any before that.

You can have multiple TM's in your bag. I have participated in 6 raids (1 level 1 and 5 level 4) and got 3 charged TM and 1 fast TM so far.
