where i live chansey is super-rare (during the valentines day event i've only seen the shadow once in the sightings). Therefore nobody has a blissey (except for spoofers). may be it's the same in your region?

I mean when gen 2 first came out all the gyms were filled with blissey .. now , not so much

Spoofers have no shame. They should all get banned! I don't understand how they can enjoy the game, without any challenge... it's just... lame. But most of all, they ruin the other players' game. The ones who don't cheat.

Niantic! BAN THE SPOOFERS!

PS: You could start by searching the youtubers that encourage the ways of cheating.

Maybe more and more people realized they'd better not put it too early in a gym? Waiting for a level 8/9 gym to prestige and put it there afterwards...? Hopefully...

I agree. If I come to a gym that has a Blissey in the first 3 gym spots I will not even try to level it up. I picked up 3 Blissey during the valentine event but only have 1 in a gym for that reason

It depends on how high that Blisseys' CP is. When you put a 2900 cp Blissey in a gym you can make sure that there will be something of lower CP within these first 3 spots to power up.

My theory is that everybody was saving to get blissey even Before blissey was obtainable.

As decent machamps, ursaring (counter+close combat) was not prio, they've just started coming around.

Personally I think Blissey is a provoke... if I see a Blissey in a gym, not matter at which level it sits, I want to beat that tank! ;) probably the other people think the same?
