Not pokemon appear in Schofield Hawaii

why after 31 October there is not pokemon spawning in any place in Schofield Barracks Hawaii.? I used to catch a lot of pokemon before, but not anymore after 31 October. What happened.?

Some areas were wiped out. A small lake near me was wiped clean of all but 1 or 2 spawns.

They seemed to have moved the spawning locations to be more concentrated around stops. I used to have three spawn locations in my drive way. Now they are gone.

that's not 100% true because there's a lot of pokemon stop in Schofield but not pokemon spawning not even in pokestop

there are no longer any Pokemon on any military installations. i've been to about 5 and they're all gone.
