Nosepass research breakthrough

My box was full when I clicked the research breakthrough thing. Message popped up “box is full” and now it is gone? Can I retrieve is somehow? Is it in my stack?

Nosepass might be a common spawn for some here but in my biome they are ultra rare.

Why care about Nosepass candy? Probopass is #6 overall DPS in the Great League with Rock/Steel typing, has great moves and is a hard counter to Azumarill and Altaria.

It's in your stack, provided your stack isn't full. If the stack was already full then your Nosepass is gone forever.

Probopass is not a hard counter to Azumarill, it takes SE damage from water and EDIT: resists IB and PR but is vulnerable to HP if Azu happens to be carrying it. But it is looking like a very good pokemon, I'm carefully appraising every Nosepass I catch to see if I can get one with good PvP IVs.

...Yeah, it is. I don't know why I keep forgetting about steel's resistance to ice. Still, taking SE from the fast move is a big deal.

Thanks! Emptied my stack and found it. Probopass is a hard counter tho, SE into Azu with both Spark and Thunderbolt. The latter is one of the two best electric charge moves in PvP (excluding Zap Cannon here as 80 energy moves are far from ideal for PvP). Thunderbolt has almost the same DpE (1,78) as Wild Charge (1,8) but with 5 less energy cost.

It will take a bunch of damage from the SE fast move and may need to use/have a shield if Azu is threatening a SE HP. A hard counter is something like Melmetal against Skarmory, where you can't lose even with a severe shield disadvantage.
If anything, I'd consider Tentacruel more of a hard counter to Azumarill, it resists everything and generally wins the matchup just by spamming PJ.

To be a "hard counter" it needs to resist all the common moves your opponent will know. Both of Azu's fast moves are SE to Probopass as is Hydro Pump, though that's less common. Hous's example of Melmetal to Skarmory is a perfect example of a hard counter. In no instance will a Skarmory beat out a Melmetal unless it was already weakened by something else or the Melmetal's trainer is AFK.

It is in your stack. If you want more, it is the reward for the field research "Hoenn Celebration: Hatch 2 Eggs"
