How many of you when this game first came out saw this bad boy on sightings and thought ho-ho was nearby.

I was so noob I thought it was Moltres back then.

Not going to lie. I second take every damn time it is on that tiny tracker.

I thought Ho-oh was nearby not a ho-ho :D

Tbh though I wonder if he does appear in the wild if I will think he is a Fearow, if he ain't sparkling like crazy

These ones get a double take from me every time when I see them in the 3 mon rectangle on the bottom right of the screen.
Onix has the same shape as a snorlax.
Charmander looks like a dragonite.
Tentacool have the same blue as a dratini.

Interesting. I suppose they do look similar.

This happens when my on my bicycle and glance down at the screen. The onix shape is rounded in the little screen. I'm also age related far sighted and don't wear my reading glasses when I'm out playing, so most of of those tiny mons are identified by gross shape and color. I can't see the tiny details with out my glasses.
Tarus is another one that gets a double take.
also the stantler looked like a houndour.
