No more Ex Pass for sponsored gyms?

Does this mean we don't have to travel to sprint everyday and stand in front of the store like crack heads or go into the store and pretend to be a customer now that passes have been released to unsponsored gyms?

This is ridiculous. Last week my friends and I raided at as many sponsored gyms as possible, and this week the passes are given out at regular gyms.

Same, raided with a friend who hadn't gotten an invite yet at every single sponsored gym within 20 miles, four times at one in particular, and she still missed out on getting an invite. Niantic seriously needs to learn to communicate such things better.

The EX passes are global now. I'm from Uruguay, and in my raid group start pop the invitation.
Unfortunally i didn't raid with them at the gym, but may see more reports about this.

I wonder if they tested at sponsored gyms since all of the Target and Starbucks I've ever been to have free wifi? It probably just made their testing easier.

Anyway, hell if I know. I have zero passes
