Ninetales Question

Hi, guys. I'm currently restocking up on stardust, but once I've accumulated a bunch of it, I'm considering powering up another Fire-type, which is Ninetales. I have two candidates worthy of investment. But, I only keep one of each Pokemon, so one's gotta go. Which one do you think is better? Thanks!
