Nidoking/queen legacy move?

I now have 15 combine nidoking/queens and not a single one has earthquake. Is this a legacy move or do i just have bad luck?

My queen has Bite/Earthquake

Bad luck. I have 3 queens with earthquake. But none of my 3 kings have it , two just poison move one bug....so try try try

That sucks - Bad luck can go on a long time. I've evolved 27 Slowbros and still no Water Gun/Psychic.

Meanwhile, I have 4 each of the Nido Royalty with EQ. It happens sometimes

What's the appeal of water gun/psychic? Just general attacking?

Bad luck - I had similar problems trying to get Bubble on Poliwraths.

Damn... Ive had pretty good luck moveset wise, but a select few have been a real pain in the butt for me.
