Nidoking/Blissey

I noticed something interesting the other day, but I'm confused by it: Under Nidoking's moves, it says the poison moves get a 25% bonus against fairy Pokemon. But in Blissey's defense chart, poison isn't listed as a weakness.

This might make sense if Normal had a strong defense against Poison, but it doesn't. Trying it out in a fight confirms that Blissey's chart is the correct one, so what gives?..

Blissey is only Normal type, not Normal/Fairy.

Fortunately she is only normal, if she was Normal/Fairy she whould be even harder to beat. Although I would have a use for my double poison Tentacruel and Victreebel.

Unfortunately, Poison is effectively still useless at this point.

If she was Normal/Fairy, it would finally give a use to poison. But don't forget poison is also weak to psychic!
Plus, I don't wanna imagine what dazzling gleam would be with STAB.

Many "Fairy-looking" mons are actually just Normal typing...
