Next Tier 5 Raid Boss and When?

I think Kyogre turn as the tier 5 raid boss end this Saturday. If so, at what time? And what do you think will be the next tier 5 raid boss?

Seems like it may be Deoxys. Which in no way holds a candle to the previous two T5 bosses in Groudon and Kyogre. High Atk stats, garbage movepool, glassy af.

Yes, Counter is a good quick move, but lacks synergy with any of Deoxys' charged moves. And the combination of ZH + Psycho Boost... meh, I'd rather Alakazam/Espeon w/ Confusion + Future Sight

If they do all four forms as raid bosses, Defense form will be up with Lugia as one of the tankiest raid bosses, while Attack form is so fragile that it might be possible to solo--if your pokemon are not wiped out by its high attack.

Dodging works much better in solo raids so that would at least help not getting wiped out.

Kyogre raids are scheduled to end next Wednesday (2/14) at 1:00 P.M. PST, which is Valentines Day. As for the next legendary raid boss, who knows. It'll most likely be a legendary from Gen 3. Rayquaza seems to be highly anticipated by many to be the next T5 boss, so we'll see.

Rayquaza would make a lot of sense since its part of the weather trio with Groudon and Kyogre. Why release something else when you can complete the cycle?

I agree. It is Niantic, after all. I've learned to expect the unexpected from it lol.

Only Niantic knows.
I'll bet for the Regis...

it wont end till the 14th which is later in the week but wouldn't be surprised if the new raid boss overlaps

I'll guess like this: Latias/Latios in Feb/Mar>Regis from Apr to Jun >Rayquaza in Jul (1 year after first legendary release in PoGO).

I don't think releasing legendaries from the strongest to the weakest is a good idea in terms of trainers' attraction. If Rayquaza is the next, the future release of Salamance/Latias/Latios may not attract some trainers who consider these pokemon as Dex filler since Rayquaza is the strongest Dragon pokemon up to Gen 3.

Oooh, nice pick. I like that. And a surprise, only available until 2/20, when Rayquaza takes over on the heels of the Dratini community day. Nice marketing insight.
