Next Community Day May 19 Charmander

I have seen this posted but unable to confirm. Anyone know the source or have proof?

The source was an e-mail someone got.

I'd be happy if it is Charmander, but you never know with Niantic...

The source I had was a discord notice claiming that the official community day page said this if translated from Japanese. I can't read Japanese so I'm looking for another source.

I see that on SilphRoad too but also not translated. They say it does mention Charmander in spite of having a Mareep image.
