New/Old raid bosses

Will Machamp stay as a raid boss? Your thoughts?
I was hoping to try out metagross against machamp to try and beat my best solo time.
Are they any new gen 3 Pokemon you would like to see as a new tier 3 hard solo raid boss like alakazam?

I hope for Espeon. Could be similar to Alakazam.

Machamp's a sought-after boss, so might stay.
I'd like to see the following as T3s:
Espeon
Tropius (would have more of a chance to put up a good fight here than in T2)
Altaria
Metang (but I think they'd put Metagross as T4 instead, probably with shiny form as it has one of the coolest shinies)
Walrein (I have a pretty good one but would still want to fight one)
Kabutops (one of my favorites, I'd like to see how I'd deal with a T3 one, and I need more candy for mine).

I think machamp will stay, he is probably the most popular T3 boss.
I don't think it will happen but gardevoir as a T3 will be a real challenge. Should be possible with high level gengars, especially in favorable weather (cloudy) or metgross and scizor in snowy weather.

Not trying to sound pricky but, do people still do Machamp raids with weather boosted Machops around every corner? If so, why?! As someone who only buys raid passes during discounts and freedailyraids legendaries exclusively, it seems like a complete waste to use any kind of pass on a puny lvl 20-25 Machamp

I've got a 96% Machamp from a nest before the weather stuff, and I still aim to fight one as a T3 boss. Why? For the challenge. I haven't defeated it yet, but now that I've leveled up my Xatu and several other mons, I want to give it a go again.

Machop around every corner is biome dependent. Around here cloudy = weedle infestation.

I'm for example now abroad and not able to raid in groups. Machamp is a nice replacement instead if I face one.

Machops are incredibly rare here. I've seen more wild Snorlax, Chansey, and Lapras than I've seen machop. So, yes, I absolutely raid Machamp because it's the only way I'll get good ones/candy. Also, I'm currently walking my Machamp for over 200km now.

Wow, I've never thought about how lucky I am to live in such an abnormal biome. Several of the most meta-relevant mons (past and present) spawn in hordes here. Machop are so common I just generally ignore them unless it's cloudy.

Yeah, I live in a crappy bug/grass/trash biome. The only things I find commonly that is moderately useful is Eevee and I guess Teddiursa. However if Ledian, Furret, and Ariados ever become relevant, I'm good to go!

We had a huge Machop nest twice last Autumn, so I have about 1600 candy spare. The Machop line itself spawns quite regularly during cloudy weather too, during which I found a couple of 100% and many 96%+ (sometimes in combination with lvl 30+). I count myself lucky that I don't have to invest that much stardust into them and if I find one worthy to max out (now 100%ers only) I have the candy and dust to do so.
