New pokéstop

No, just removing spawn points.

There was a gym near me added, converted from a pokestop. Rather strangely, its transition was a bit puzzling - there were three pokestops, A, B, and C, all very near each other.

All three were originally Pokestops.
Stop A changed to a gym.
Stop B later changed to a gym as well, so for a period there were actually two there.
Stop A got demoted back to a pokestop.

I have seen a couple; but they were not very helpful. There was a posting about converting Ingress portals to pokestops a few months back. I never tried it because I have enough stops near me that it wasn't worth the effort.
It boils down to:
1) Play Ingress
2) Add photos to portals without photos
