You are assuming that "a pokemon in pokemon go cannot learn a move if the same happens in the original series".
This is not true. Exeggutor cannot learn Zen Headbutt in the original series according to http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Exeggutor_(Pokémon), but in pokemon go it does have this move.
Without this assumption, it is possible to see those "exclusive" moves on any related pokemons.
New moves
Now that new moves have been found in code I have a pretty important question. The moves gen 1 Pokemon learner were all their natural moves and no TMs. I have read in many places that the some of the new moves can only be learned by gen 1 Pokemon like Aurora beam for dewgong and nightshade for Gengar. So should I wait to evolve these Pokemon. The Pokemon that I am talking about are Gyarados, Gengar and Machamp. I have equal to only 1 evolution and it would take many months for grinding candies for 1 more evolution. Also are there any pokemon I missed?

Exeggutor can learn Zen Headbutt from the move tutor in Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire.
Pokemon Go only cares if the pokemon can learn the move in any way in any of the main series games, including level up, TM, move tutor, breeding, ... anything else?
It'll be interesting to see how they treat Smeargle, which with some simple trickery can learn any move in the game. http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-xy/235.shtml
The legacy moves removed early on from Pokemon Go, including Gyarados with Dragon Breath and Golem with Mud Shot, were all moves that the pokemon can't learn in any way in any of the main series games.
