In the Most water biome its raining dratinis..every player will get many dragonites After 7 days.

Same, my sons and I did a tour of neighborhood and not one Dratini which is par for the course.

But we certainly not water biome.

Maybe as we play more during the event we'll find some?

I'd be surprised in my biome, while Dratini candies are at super premium around here just for me. We went driving around and hit all the what people may call "unicorn spawn points" and not a single one, or ever saw one on nearby...

Biome spawn wasnt modified, just the normal pokemons spawn, so no dratini even if it spawn in the water biome he wont spawn like water pokemons, if a friend tell you otherwise he has been spoofing

Dratini is clearly included in the pool of increased spawn. So, yes. It's a good time for grinding towards a dragonite. Meta change? Not really, don't think so

No dratini's are not spawning in greater numbers now. They are dragons.

Maybe then the spawnrate of usual playes where dratini spawns increased hard.
In my town (25.000 ppl) we got sometimes dratini (5per day) and now After the event started you can get easily 10 dratini per hour.

Definitely increased spawn rate in water biomes. Caught many today in my lunch break. So, not sure why everyone saying they aren't, because in SF they are.

Caught 5 Dratinis in less than an hour. My previous record was 2 in one hour - once.

Welcome to hell! I'm pretty sure myself and a few like minded individuals could take down the entire eastern seaboard. ?

I caught one Dratini in a completely non water spawn. I also caught two Dratini at my normal cluster water spawn. Both could just be coincidence but I figured I'd share anyway.

Tons of Omanytes, Seels, etc, along with the normal water guys everywhere around here at non water spawns too.
