What is the use of Dragonite now? He does not seam top for neither of the raid bosses.

Hyper beam? Normal attack as best one? I don't think so.
From my point if view at this very moment Dragonite, Snorlax, Blissey are useless. My dear Vapes have a niche vs. arca/flareon if you solo or you and your fellow attackers don't have maxed rock/ground attackers. And vs. Rhydon if you don't have grass eggy and venu.
Same for gya, maybe HP ones can be used just as Vapes.
We are in the age of super effective DPSers, no efficiency in generalists and tanks.
Btw, from my point of view only raids matters, and from them lvl 3 and 4.
Attacking gyms: every big mon will work.
Defending: every mon will work, probably mid rage are better than strong ones, you want you gyms taken down.
Lvl 1 and 2 raids: easy with whatever you had attacking old gyms, no need to power up mons for them. If you attack with 1-2 more ttainers even lvl 2 ones will not make it to 3rd or even 2nd mon from your lineup.
