Top 5-10 best defenders with the new gym system and changes in Stab/SE? Any suggestions? Do you think solid defenders with low CP will get a place on the list, like Hypno, slowbro, umbreon?

Steelix, umbreon and slows are top defenders now. Hypno is super rare where I live so I don't know about them.
