The new base stats formula

This guy here got very approximate formula (about 99% correct).

Under this formula, Blessey in Gen2 and will have base stats of Atk128/Def229/Sta510 and max. cp of 3197... Do you think this mon could have a place in gym defending?

P.S. Another thing worth mentioning is that Rhyperior will have a max. cp of 3869, though it will be a long wait till Gen4 release.
