The new attacker tier list

Still missing Umbreon.

I think it should be tier 3.

Pros:
Having a decent base defense and stamina.
A mediocre max CP, good for prestiging.
Strong vs. Espeon.
Resisting Psychic moves, most commonly Confusion and Zen Headbutt.

Cons:
With only 126 base attack, it would take a long time to kill opponents even with STAB and super effective multipliers.
Not very effective into Fairies and Machamp, as well as Tyrantiar.

The optimal moveset:
Feint Attack + Foul Play

You can fit maximum 4 Feint Attacks during Confusions, while 3 for Snarl.

What?
It's 2 maximum for both.

Defenders attacks from 1.5 to 2.5 seconds.
And since Confusion is a slow attack, it will attack at 2 ~2.5 most of the time.
You can fit 2 Snarls or 2 Feint Attacks in beetween dodges.

If you are talking about a non-dodge strategy, well, just look at the DPS from both moves.

Snarl will deal more damage and generate more energy in any situation.

?

Oh, you are that guy from the big 20 mons.
You will just throw some random numbers that have nothing to do with real game strategy to justify your "logic".

How's your 0% IV Blissey going?

He is actually right with timing, is 1.5-2.5 plus move cooldown.

Strong vs espeon isn't really that useful...could easily pull out a part psychic to deal with it (slowbro with water moves or egg man with grass moves), or send in one of the 10 gyarados that most people have by now.

i think it's abysmal attack is the leading contributor to its lack of presence on the tier list
