New Attack and defensive MS ranking.
GP, will there be a new MS ranking due to all the crazy combos from TMs? Also, will there be an updated ranking of attackers and defenders for the new gym meta? Thanks.

Eventually. As far as I can tell, both here and at silphroad everyone who would be updating things is out battling :-P
I would suggest that before they start faffing about with moveset rankings, they update the pages so they show the new type effectiveness on the pages, and objective stuff like that.
These thing take time and it will be a long time before its done.
Niantic is still making changes in the background of how the game works. All we know they can start buffing or nerfing legacy moves.
Legacy moves can now be mixed with new moves due to TM reroll so all of Gamepress data of best movesets just went out the window.
