Never seen Smeargle, Delibrid, Jumpluff, why?

The first two don't exist currently and the third one is not very common. Just evolve one.

The first 2 aren't released. The third is a stage 3 evolution, so you probably just haven't come across one.

Ive been fortunate enough to catch 2 wild jumpluff i was just in right place at right time i guess

I've seen some jumpluff out there maybe 3 or 4 times, but once I got the evolved one I didn't care.

Just to let you know that Jumpluffs are not rare everywhere. During the last event I saw one at least in every second day. Just skipped them as the catch rate is not the best and balls were gold at those days ;-)
