Never receive free Raid Pass?

I'm at level 24, been playing for almost 2 months & I go to several gyms a day where I receive various items - yet I have NEVER received a free Raid Pass?!? Please Help!

By the way, you only get one free pass per day.

I don't even get one per day. Somehow in the first few days I got one but didn't use, not knowing how to Raid. Then a few days later it was gone. I go to various gyms, swipe the disc, get 3+ items (balls,potion,revive,egg etc) any/every item - except never a free Raid Pass! I battle/defeat gyms or add to friendly gym - spin disc... battle... spin disc again - No Raid Pass.... Not 1 per day - Not 1 ever at any gym...????? is there some special icon/spot to touch - cross my eyes? or what??? :)

Maybe it's there but invisible. Seek out a raid, preferably low tier or one you could solo, and then click on the green button. Your raid pass should pop up and be used.

Did you use the one you already have ? You can only have 1 free raid pass at a time :)

Thank you - but I don't even get 1 per day to use.... I not getting free pass at any gym - but if I try to enter a raid it seemed like I might be able to get 1 then quit the raid?

You could go to a lvl 1 raid and click on battle. If you get a orange pass in view and tap on it, you will use it for that raid. Do the raid and afterwards, spin the disk once again. You should receive a new one ( because you haven't got one for that day).

If you tap on battle and it says that you don't have a pass (or selects a green, premium, pass) then you are best off if you write niantic about it.

That seems weird. Maybe you should uninstall the game and reinstall it and try again

Maybe buy one premium raid pass for 100 coins, then enter a raid and fight it through. This might reset your raid pass status.

Are you sure you don't have one in your bag? If you have one you can't get another until you use it. If you don't have one then contact niantic support.

When you press the button to join a raid, the raid pass that you are using is shown in the center of the screen. What color is the pass when you join your first raid of the day?
