Need some friendly helpful advice
Do you think Dragonite has a chance at getting Wing Attack? He has had Steel Wing since launch and since we don't really have any decent flying attacker (except for Rayquaza) I was thinking that if he ever got Wing Attack he could become the best non-legendary flying attacker. I'm not familiar with Gen4 and I don't know if there are other possibly strong flyers
I'm asking cause I recently got a lucky one with ST/H and I'm wondering if I want to keep him like that or spend my TMs to get DT/OR in case of a moveset change. I don't have another outrage Dragonite but I have a legacy one with DT/DC that's performing very well as a generalist and I doubt I need a second one. What would you do?

I'd TM to OR, Dragonite is a very good pokemon and likely to stay very good through any stat rebalance because its main series stats are very good. Will be useful against both Giratina and Palkia in gen 4 legendary raids with a double dragon moveset.
As for its use as a flying attacker, Dragonite is a decent one even without a flying fast move. I used to use 2 at L30 as my Machamp anchors with DT/H back when my team was so weak it needed them.

Only having one other Dragonite I'd TM it to the Dragon Moveset. If he gets Wing Attack you can still think about making him 2xflying. The chance of him getting Wing Attack and Hurricane getting legacy at the same time isnt really big (could happen though)
I'd gamble with keeping Hurricane only if I already had 6 decent Dragon-attackers but that doesnt seem to be the case?
