all of them, not one is has the best attacking moveset.

Edit added, I did not notice the 100 iv one.
I've probably transferred a bunch of them. Once I get a bad moveset, the mon is gone.

keep the 100% iv on as a fun psychic attacker and to power up to max cp when you reach lvl 38

Only the 1870 CP with Pound/Psychic one to transfer.

Charge Beam isn't really a bad move, better than Bullet Seed for example, same power, higher energy.

Psychic does not with STAB and deals slightly less damage in most cases.

keep the 100% pound/psychic as it may present trading value

Thanks for your input. I think I'll transfer the 1870 Clefable, even though it's legacy.
