Need advice on what to power up next

I think I'm at a good place with my core of attackers and defenders, but they're almost all powered up as far as I want to take them.

Now I have lots of good mons with 'A' movesets. I just don't know what to power up next. I'm hoping lots of you have experience using these guys, maybe as prestigers?

Most of these guys listed are from hatches, so stardust needed is 2500 right now. Candy stockpiles are high. Any help would be appreciated:

What level are you? It would also be helpful to know the IV% of the mons.

Cloyster with IS/AV, and Ursaring with C/HB power those up and keep Meganium with VW/PB as a prestiger same with Starmie. Also the VW/SoB tangela is great for prestiging. And I guess the arcanine is a pretty good prestiger aswell but I dont know the cp of a lvl 20 arcanine.

I believe a level 20 Arcanine is around 1600 cp.

The confusion Eggy, both Tangelas, the p/pr Wiggly would be at the top of my list. I plan on powering up a poison Nido in the future and that Arcanine will be bulkier than your other fire option.
The Clefable couls be fun too, and a good defender. I enjoy prestiging with t/bs Miltank. Oh I missed your s/d Magneton! Do that first, best option against dt Gary.

Out of curiosity. What is the use for a poison nido? I have a high IV nido queen at 1325 cp with poison jab/sludge wave and not sure what to do with it...

Defense or as a generalist attacker. I find Muk very useful and Nidoking would fill the same role.

I'm less of an attacker and more of a prestige'r.
I try not to power up any mons, unless I need the cp for gym placement.
Dust goes really fast at the upper levels, I need it for those few mons that will go to lvl 39.
