My first snorlax

I just hatched my very first snorlax and unfortunately it has lick/ earthquake
His IV is 82,2% HP 14 ATT 13 DEF 10

Is he a worthy attacker?

I'd recommend keeping him as is. He's an okay attacker/prestige but not worth powering up. You'll hatch/catch better ones in the future. Good luck.

Seconded, I would probably keep him as a prestiger against any psychic types. With Lick being super effective against these and Snorlax's giant health pool, he'll serve you well in this role.

Which Psychic Pokemon currently in the game have such a high CP?

i think he is a fine attacker or defender snorlax is strong mostly on bulk so it is not the perfect move set. As a defender lots of people choose raydon to counter snorlax earthquake works great in that match up.

EQ is the worst charge move for generalist attacker snorlax. But excels for attacking 2-3 rhydons until it fainted.

Powering up or not is your decision.

The best use for precious Snorlax candies is to power up defenders-Snorlax, with Zen Head.
So be grateful for the candies you got and save them for now :)
