You are not telling what CP it has. Anyway, out of the options 2C seems the best one. As you only have 3 candies anyway, you are going to have to wait to hatch some more from eggs before powering up can really do anything.

Don't transfer it. Snorlax are hard to come by and even a weak snorlax is better than most pokemon.

I would agree and say 2C*, the asterisk is because I also think you should make it your buddy, that way by the time you catch/hatch a good one, you will be prepared.

But, I would not suggest powering him up, he's not good enough to keep around for the long term. When I am contemplating powering up, I always ask myself one question - "Would I want him when I'm level 40?" if the answer is yes, power that bad boy up, unfortunately I think this Snorlax fails that test, but he's still very dangerous.

I would keep it as buddy. If you ever get another one, you will have candy saved to power it up.

Wait for a better one, save the candys. If you don't have anything better with the right defensive movesets, then you might start thinking about using him.

KEEP IT! Assign it as your buddy and start slow-stockpiling Snorlax candy for next better Snorlax to power up. As buddy you can use it to attack also obviously.

As everybody said here, do not transfer it and use it as your buddy until you get a better one. And don't ever power up a Earthquake Snorlax, the candies are so rare that you gonna regret in the future.

there is no such thing as a bad moveset on snorlax, just good and better. keep it. lick as a primary would edge you towards attacking. being your first and only, definitely do not get rid of it. buddy it for candies at the least
