My DPS/TDO chart might be messed up, how do i fix it?

Looking over the DPS/TDO ranking some have posted on some of the questions ive posted, and comparing them to the ranking I got on my computer, ive noticed a lot of discrepancies in damage. The big ones being a sceptile question I recently posted, my chart saying it didnt even reach 16 DPS against waterfall/Thunder kyogre, and lagging severely behind other grass attacker, while the charts other posted showed very different rankings. Stats of pokemon seem to be the same, but moves seem to be what are messed up.

Have any of you had your DPS/TDO sheet get messed up, and if so how do you fix it?

I've had pokemon's stats spontaneously go wrong in the sheet and fixed them manually. Whenever I see something in the sheet that makes me raise my eyebrows I check the pokemon's stats and many times I've found the attack stat be inexplicably lower or higher than what it should be.

There are reset buttons for move info and pokemon info to fetch the current info, but that will remove any custom changes you might have made. Been a while since I've looked at it though, so something might have changed in that regard.
