My Charizard and IV Question.

SO, i just did the long grind of getting enough charmanders to get to a charizard. I evolve him. Super happy. Hop on the forums and see IV's are now known to be a thing. Wonder what my charizard has for IV's as i just picked the highest CP i had to evolve, no idea about IV's. This says it has 100% perfect iv's. Could i really be that lucky or are these not that accurate? Also it got Wing Attack and flamethrower so pretty damn good moveset DPS wise. Could i have landed lucky on my feet with a near perfect Charizard?
